Founder, President, & CEO

Launched, scaled, and managed boutique hypergrowth real estate sales and development firm into $30M+ enterprise. Lead performance management of 25 real estate agents, generating $30M–$50M in annual sales and custom home build revenues.

  • Led organization in design and build of 50+ mega-luxury residential estates across Las Vegas Valley, including The Ridges, Lake Las Vegas Resort, MacDonald Highlands, and Seven Hills.

  • Trailblazed company as industry forerunner utilizing and perfecting ARXX-branded insulated concrete form (ICF) system for custom home building & consulting; currently nearing completion of $6M, state-of-the-art Carbon Cured Green Block home as one of industry’s first tech-industrial omni-block projects in US.
    • Innovated and integrated proprietary “Modern Architectural Design to the Maximum” (Mad Maxx) real estate build model using a patented carbon-cured GREEN CMU.

Key Real Estate Projects:

  • Spearheaded relaunch activities for One Queensridge Place after 2008 recession with multimillion-dollar revitalization and grand reopening, establishing new sales staff, building community partnerships with brokerages, and providing oversight of multiple black-tie events to engage potential buyers. Set record property sales by mid-2013.
  • Served as sales and conversion lead for CityCenter Residential by MGM Mirage, one of industry’s largest multibillion-dollar residential property developments encompassing Aria Resort and Casino, Vdara, The Harmon, Veer Towers, Mandarin Oriental, and T-Mobile Arena.
    • Collaborated with influential and celebrity design architects and artisans to build $200M pavilion that subsequently drove $1B in sales YoY, owning 10% of pavilion sales prior to recession.
  • Led sales and marketing as General Manager for residential component of 64-story mega-luxury project, St. Regis Residences at The Palazzo by Las Vegas Sands, which connected Venetian & Palazzo properties.
  • Achieved complete project sellout within 6 months during presales of high-rise project Las Vegas Central by leveraging and owning proprietary “Priority Preview System” that mass-sold to high-potential buyers in presentation-style format.
